Moody's: Dorchester Park CLO Limited ratings unaffected by changes to Organizational Documents

New York, May 26, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that amendments to the organizational documents of Dorchester Park CLO Limited (the "Issuer"), a managed cash flow CLO, specifically a new Constitution of the Issuer as a "designated activity company" limited by shares (the "New Constitution") under the Irish Companies Act 2014, as amended (the "Act"), and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time cause Moody's to downgrade or withdraw its ratings assigned to any Class of Secured Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the New Constitution could have non-credit-related effects.
