Moody's: CSFB 2005-C6 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Defeasance of Crestview Hills Town Center Loan

New York, March 26, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that Crestview Hills Town Center, LLC, the Borrower for the Crestview Hills Town Center mortgage loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
