Moody's: COMM 2012-CCRE2 Unaffected by the Proposed Non-Permitted Equity Transfer Requests

New York, January 06, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that BPG Office Partners V 500 Delaware, LLC, the borrower for the 500 Delaware Avenue loan, has requested to transfer a portion of their interest in the property so that Ares US Real Estate Fund VIII, LP will own 75% of the borrower. The current Guarantor and Environmental Indemnity individuals / entities will not change. After the transfer is complete, the respective Sponsorship structures will include Christopher F. Buccini, Robert E. Buccini, David B. Polin, and Ares US Real Estate Fund VIII, LP.
