Moody's: Callidus Debt Partners CLO Fund VI, Ltd. ratings unaffected by revised computation of Weighted Average Life Adjustment Date

New York, February 01, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that a modification of the time period permitted to satisfy the "Maximum Weighted Average Life Test", as set forth in the Indenture dated as of September 18, 2007, between Callidus Debt Partners CLO Fund VI, Ltd. (the "Issuer"), Callidus Debt Partners CLO Fund VI, Inc. (the "Co-Issuer") and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee (the "Test Modification") will not in and of itself at this time result in the immediate withdrawal or reduction with respect to any current ratings by Moody's of any Class of Rated Notes. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Test Modification could have effects other than with regard to a change in the current ratings that investors may not view as favorable.
