Moody's: BSCMS 2007-PWR16 Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights

New York, January 23, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that C-III Collateral Management LLC, as the Controlling Class Representative of Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage Securities Inc. Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-PWR16, hereby gives notice of the removal of Torchlight Loan Services, LLC (Torchlight) as the existing Special Servicer and its appointment of C-III Asset Management LLC (C-III) as the successor Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
