Moody's assigns definitive Aaa to CBA's Series 31 mortgage covered bonds
Sydney, January 23, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a definitive Aaa long-term rating to Series 31 mortgage covered bonds issued by Commonwealth Bank of Australia ("CBA" or the "issuer") (Aa2 stable, bank financial strength rating B-). CBA issued EUR 45 million fixed rate Series 31 covered bonds with a 9-year hard-bullet maturity.
