Moody's assigns definitive Aaa rating to Westpac Banking Corporation's Covered Bond Series 2013-C4
Sydney, November 22, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a definitive long-term rating of Aaa to Series 2013-C4 covered bonds issued under the US$20 billion covered bond programme of Westpac Banking Corporation ("Westpac" or the "Issuer") (Aa2/Prime-1/B-). Westpac issued AUD 900 million of the 10-year soft-bullet fixed-rate Series 2013-C4 covered bonds which have a 1 year Extended Due for Payment Date.
