Moody's assigns definitive Aaa rating to Westpac Banking Corporation's Covered Bond Series 2013-C3
Sydney, May 31, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a definitive long-term rating of Aaa to Series 2013-C3 covered bonds issued under the US$20 billion covered bond programme of Westpac Banking Corporation ("Westpac" or the "Issuer") (Aa2/Prime-1/B-). Westpac issued USD 1.25 billion of the 5-year soft-bullet fixed-rate Series 2013-C3 covered bonds which have a 1 year Extended Due for Payment Date.
