Lennox International Inc. -- Moody's changes Lennox International Inc.'s outlook to stable; affirms Baa3 rating

New York, June 23, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service changed Lennox International Inc.'s ("Lennox") outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the Baa3 rating. The change in the outlook to stable reflects the improvement in Lennox's operating results and credit metrics, as well as the company's adequate liquidity profile and the expectation that the company will be able to maintain leverage below 3.0x over the next 12 to 18 months.
