Ixe Banco, S.A. -- Moody's withdraws all ratings of Ixe Banco

Mexico, July 09, 2013 -- Moody's de México has today withdrawn Ixe Banco, S.A.'s (Ixe Banco) ratings including: (i) bank financial strength rating (BFSR) of D+, mapping from a standalone baseline credit strength of ba1; (ii) long and short term global local currency (GLC) deposit ratings of Baa1 and Prime-2, respectively; and (iii) long and short term foreign currency deposit ratings of Baa1 and Prime-2. Moody's de México has also withdrawn Ixe Banco's long and short term Mexican National Scale deposit ratings of Aaa.mx and MX-1. The outlook on all the ratings before the withdrawal was stable.
