Harris County M.U.D. 374, TX -- Moody's confirms A2 of Harris County MUD 374's TX $36.9M Outstanding Unlimited Tax Bonds

New York, April 08, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has confirmed the A2 underlying rating of Harris County Municipal Utility District 374's TX $36.9 million in outstanding unlimited tax bonds. The rating also takes into consideration an additional $2.2 million in outstanding parity debt that is not rated by Moody's. This action concludes a review for possible upgrade that Moody's had initiated on January 15, 2014 in conjunction with our new local government general obligation methodology. There is no outlook associated with the rating.
