London, 30 September 2015 -- Moody's has today affirmed the A1 insurance financial strength ratings of Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited and of Friends Life Limited and changed the outlook on these ratings to stable from negative. Moody's also affirmed the A3(hyb) backed senior subordinated debt rating and the Baa1(hyb) backed junior subordinated debt rating of Friends Life Holdings plc and also revised to stable from negative the outlook on these ratings.
