New York, March 02, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") today affirmed Eastgroup Properties, Inc's Baa2 issuer rating. The outlook is stable. Eastgroup Properties, Inc. ("Eastgroup") is a publicly traded industrial REIT (NYSE: EGP) with $2.3 billion in gross assets.
