Dish DBS Corporation -- Correction to Text, July 21, 2016 Release: Moody's says Dish Network's (Ba3 CFR) largest quarterly subscriber losses at its DBS sub reduces financial flexibility

New York, July 22, 2016 -- The ninth and tenth sentences of the first paragraph were changed to the following to reflect that SLING TV is part of the DISH DBS restricted group: "This narrow-bundle pay TV business which is relatively new operation for Dish Network, was contributed to DISH DBS, which is the issuer of all the company's debt, in May 2014. Since there is no recourse to the DISH DBS sister companies that hold the significant wireless spectrum assets, and there is no guarantee from the ultimate parent DISH Network Corp., bondholders are relying only on the Satellite and narrow-bundle streaming pay TV operation." Revised release follows.
