New York, January 25, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service stated today that DineEquity, Inc.'s (DineEquity) proposed amendment to its bank credit facility is credit neutral and the company's ratings and stable rating outlook are unaffected. The proposed amendment includes a favorable re-pricing of the facility as well as changes to cash flow sweep provisions and the calculation of the restricted payments basket.
