Veröffentlichung einer Insiderinformation gemäß Art. 17 Absatz 1 der

Verordnung (EU) 596/2014 über Marktmissbrauch (Marktmissbrauchsverordnung)

21. Dezember 2016, Luxemburg / Zwanenburg, Niederlande. Die Gläubiger der

2015/2020 Wandelanleihe (ISIN: DE000A1Z9U50) haben den von der Gesellschaft

vorgeschlagenen Änderungen der Anleihebedingungen in der Abstimmung ohne

Versammlung vom 16. bis 20. Dezember 2016 mit der erforderlichen Mehrheit

zugestimmt. Insgesamt nahmen 71,43% der ausstehenden Schuldverschreibungen

an der Abstimmung teil. 100% der abstimmenden Anleihegläubiger haben für

die Änderung der Anleihebedingungen gestimmt.
