Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft -- Moody's changes Lufthansa's outlook to stable, affirms Ba1 rating

London, 08 November 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today changed the outlook on Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft's (Lufthansa) ratings to stable from positive. Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed the Ba1 corporate family rating (CFR) of Lufthansa, the Ba1-PD probability of default rating (PDR), the NP short term rating, the (P)Ba1/(P)NP senior unsecured rating of the company's MTN programme and the Ba1 (LGD4) rating of the senior unsecured notes.
