Correction to Text, September 11, 2015 Release: Moody's affirms VMIG 1 on City of Colorado Springs, CO Utilities Rev. Bonds Series 2002C & 2005A
New York, September 18, 2015 -- In the RATING METHODOLOGY section, corrected the first methodology listed to "Variable Rate Instruments Supported by Conditional Liquidity Facilities published in March 2015" from "Rating Transactions Based on the Credit Substitution Approach: Letter of Credit-backed, Insured and Guaranteed Debts published in March 2015".
