New York, December 15, 2014 -- In the METHODOLOGY UNDERLYING THE RATING ACTION section, added the following methodology: "Moody's Approach to Rating CMBS Large Loan/Single Borrower Transactions" published in July 2000. The corrected paragraph reads: "The methodologies used in this rating were 'Approach to Rating US and Canadian Conduit/Fusion CMBS' published in December 2014 and 'Moody's Approach to Rating CMBS Large Loan/Single Borrower Transactions' published in July 2000.
