CEVA Group plc -- Moody's changes CEVA's outlook to stable from negative
London, 11 January 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today affirmed Ceva Group plc's (CEVA or the company) CFR of Caa1 and its PDR of Caa1-PDR. Concurrently Moody's affirmed the B2 ratings of the senior secured term loans maturing 2021, the revolving credit facility maturing 2019, the synthetic letter of credit facility maturing 2021 and the senior secured notes maturing 2021, the Caa2 rating of the 1.5 Lien senior secured notes maturing 2021 and the Caa3 rating of the senior unsecured notes maturing 2020, all instruments issued by CEVA Group plc. The ratings outlook was changed to stable from negative.
