Cable & Wireless Limited -- Moody's affirms CWC's ratings; maintains negative outlook

New York, November 06, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") today affirmed the Ba2 corporate family rating of Cable & Wireless Communications Plc (CWC), the Ba2 senior secured rating on the USD 400 million notes issued by Sable International and the B1 senior unsecured rating on the GBP 200 million notes issued by Cable & Wireless International Finance B.V. The ratings outlook remains negative.
