Bank of India -- Moody's assigns Baa3 to BOI's USD note drawdown
Singapore, April 28, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has assigned a Baa3 rating to Bank of India's (BOI, Baa3 positive) proposed USD denominated senior unsecured notes, issued under its updated $5.0 billion medium-term note (MTN) program. The drawdown will be carried out by BOI's Jersey branch. The bonds will have a maturity of 5.0 years and will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
