Allentown Neighborhood Imp. Zone Dev.Auth. PA -- Moody's reviews Baa2 of ANIZDA, PA's Ser. 2012 Tax Revenue Bonds

New York, October 24, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, at the request of the Allentown Neighborhood Improvement Zone Development Authority (ANIZDA), has reviewed the documents relating to a proposed amendment to a loan agreement between the authority and National Penn Bank, which is funding a City Center Investment Corp. project in the improvement zone.
