ADIF-Alta Velocidad -- Moody's changes outlook on ADIF-AV's Baa3 ratings to stable
London, 22 February 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today changed to stable from positive the outlook on the Baa3 long term issuer rating and Baa3 senior unsecured debt ratings of ADIF- Alta Velocidad (ADIF-AV) for issuance under its EUR6 billion EMTN programme, rated (P)Baa3. Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed these ratings.
