Zulily Prices IPO Above Range

(RTTNews) - zulily, inc. said Thursday that it has priced its initial public offering of 11.5 million shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $22.00 per share, which is above its prior estimated price range of $18.00 to $20.00 per share.

A total of 6,377,500 shares are being offered by zulily, and a total of 5,122,500 shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders.

In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,725,000 shares of Class A common stock, with 956,625 additional shares from zulily and 768,375 additional shares from certain selling stockholders.

The shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on Friday, November 15 under the symbol "ZU".
