WS Packaging Group Appoints Charlie Eitel As CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - WS Packaging Group, Inc. announced that it has appointed Charlie Eitel as CEO effective April 1, 2015. Eitel replaces Fred Tinsey who has left the company to pursue other opportunities.

Eitel joins the company in an operating role after having served on the company's Board of Directors since May 2014. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions with The Simmons Bedding Company, Interface, Inc., and Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings, the company noted.

WS Packaging stated that Eitel also serves on the Board of Directors of Mattress Firm (MFRM), Duke Realty Corporation (DRE), and American Fidelity Assurance Corporation.
