Wolters Kluwer Financial Services Launches ERM Offering Featuring Actionable Compliance and Regulatory Intelligence
Wolters Kluwer Financial Services announced today the launch of the company’s new enterprise risk management (ERM) offering, ARC Logics™ for Financial Services. The comprehensive ERM suite was created specifically for banking, securities and insurance organizations. It provides them with actionable compliance and regulatory intelligence they need, when and how they require within their risk management program. As a result, ARC Logics helps them bring transparency, control and efficiency to managing compliance and operational risks as well as to the audit function.
With an embedded risk management framework and methodology, ARC Logics provides financial services organizations with more than an ERM technology platform. Via actionable and intelligent compliance and regulatory content, ARC Logics ensures every user can reach a high degree of situational understanding. All people involved in the risk management process can receive the information they need to quickly make informed decisions and take effective action. This enables organizations of all sizes and complexity to significantly reduce the time spent on program administration and more effectively focus on the dynamic tension between risk and opportunity.
ARC Logics features a modular approach that enables financial services organizations to fulfill their immediate risk management objectives in a targeted, cost-effective manner while allowing for expanded future usage of the same platform. The solution’s modules are Policies and Procedures, Risks and Controls, Program Management, and Audit. These can be implemented all at once or individually, and expanded as needed with changing business requirements and regulations.
Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ risk and compliance professionals are deployed on-site at banking, securities and insurance organizations as part of the ARC Logics implementation process. Using decades of industry experience, these experts help organizations tailor the solution to their specific needs. And they assist in the seamless integration of the platform with an organization’s existing risk management processes and other technology systems.
"Financial services organizations face an incredible amount of internal pressure and external influence from regulators to view and assess their firm’s risk exposure holistically,” said Todd Cooper, vice president and general manager of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Enterprise Risk Compliance business. "ARC Logics for Financial Services provides them with the actionable knowledge and tools they need and the consultative and professional services required to take action in alleviating these pressures quickly and efficiently.”
