Willoughby Asset Management Inc. Announces Amendments to W.A.M. Portfolios

VANCOUVER, Oct. 13, 2017 /CNW/ - Willoughby Asset Management Inc. ("Willoughby"), the Manager of the W.A.M. Portfolios, announces that it has changed the name of the W.A.M. Collins Global Portfolio to W.A.M. Collins Income Pool (the "Collins Pool") and has restated the investment objective to provide for the creation of an income pool to be used by investors seeking a regular stream of income and/or diversification of an equity portfolio. 

In addition, Willoughby has:

• revised the investment strategies of the Collins Pool to focus on building a liquid, high-quality income-generating portfolio consisting of various equity and fixed income securities; and
  
  
• reduced the management fees of the Collins Pool from 1.98% to 1.88% for the Series A Units and from 1.00% to 0.88% for the Series F Units; and
