Willbros Names Young as Director of Integrity Construction

HOUSTON, Sept. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) announced today that Brian Young has been named Director of Integrity Construction.

Based in Houston, Young will be responsible forworking with Willbros Regional Construction and the Professional Services' Integrity group to increase Willbros' share of the U.S. Integrity Construction market. He will focus on identifying opportunities where the Company can assist clients with full-service integrity management program offerings; these items include: program development, GIS/data services, risk analysis, corrosion evaluation, integrity engineering and integrity construction services.

Young has more than 15 years of experience in the Pipeline Construction industry. He joins Willbros from Sunland Construction where he served as Assistant Operations Manager. In that role he was responsible for business development, daily operations, and implementing an employee development and training program.

He has held positions with CECO Pipeline Services Company, Inc., as Division Manager; Lott Contractors, Inc. as the Southeast Division Manager and Pilgrim Construction Company as General Manager.

Young earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Auburn University. He is a member of the Houston Pipeliners Association and has completed Project Management Institute Certification through ABC Mechanical at Purdue University.
