Willbros Elects John McNabb CEO

(RTTNews) - Willbros Group, Inc. (WG) said Tuesday that Robert Harl has relinquished his CEO and Director positions ahead of his planned retirement from the company on January 2, 2015.

Willbros said its Board of Directors has elected John McNabb, II Chief Executive Officer.

McNabb, who joined the Willbros Board in August, 2006, and was appointed Executive Chairman on August 29 of this year, will continue as Chairman.

The Willbros board has also elected Michael Fournier President, in addition to the duties he assumed as Chief Operating Officer on July 1. Earl Collins has resigned the position and will pursue opportunities outside of Willbros.
