VirnetX Receives Four New Patents - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - VirnetX Holding Corporation (VHC), Thursday said it has been granted four new patents by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Two of the patents were for Agile Network Protocol for Secure Communications Using Secure Domain Names, and others included System and Method Employing an Agile Network Protocol for Secure Communications Using Secure Domain Names and Third Party VPN Certification.

VirnetX has received ten new mobile security patents in 2013, and since 2006, the company has been granted 75 new patents.

"We believe these patents strengthen our patent portfolio and will further support our ongoing licensing efforts to companies seeking to achieve compliance with 3GPP LTE Advanced standards." the company said.
