Veritas Capital Closes Anaren Acquisition

(RTTNews) - Anaren Inc. (ANEN) Tuesday announced the completion of its acquisition by a controlled affiliate of The Veritas Capital Fund IV L.P., a private equity investment firm.

Pursuant to the terms of deal, shareholders of the company will receive $28.00 in cash for each share of company common stock they own, in a deal with an equity value of about $383 million.

Following the deal's closure, the company's common stock will no longer be listed or traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.

Syracuse, New York-based Anaren makes integrated microwave components, assemblies and subsystems for the wireless communications, satellite communications and defense electronics markets.
