Verint Witness Actionable Solutions Announces New Call Recording Software Capabilities for SMB Contact Center and Public Safety Markets
Verint Systems Inc., a leading provider of analytic
software-based solutions for workforce-enterprise optimization and
security, today announced the latest version of Audiolog™,
its call recording and monitoring solution designed for small- and
medium-sized business (SMB) in the contact center and public safety
sectors. Audiolog incorporates powerful new features, simplifying
integration with a variety of environments, reducing total cost of
ownership and optimizing performance.
"Audiolog has become a trusted solution for
call recording in contact centers, as well as mission-critical public
safety and regulated government environments,”
says Brian Weiss, senior vice president, product strategy, Verint
Witness Actionable Solutions. "This latest
version is an even more flexible, well-integrated and cost-effective
solution for today’s modern voice and data
recording environments.”
The new version of Audiolog features the addition of advanced voice
screen and data acquisition technologies including:
High Performance Screen Recording
Leveraging Verint Witness Actionable Solutions’
enterprise screen recording technology, Audiolog adds concurrent
recording capacity, supports free-seating, and facilitates screen
capture in an even wider variety of environments –
including Citrix Server, Terminal Server and multi-screen
configurations. Audiolog screen recording also has been optimized to
require less bandwidth and disk space for the transfer and storage of
recordings, resulting in a lower total cost of ownership.
Rich and Robust Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
Audiolog integrates Verint Witness Actionable Solutions’
CTI link technology to expand its capabilities with enhanced CTI
interfaces through widely used and partner-certified implementations.
This technology enables compatibility with a broad range of customer
environments, opening up an even wider market for Audiolog resellers.
Advanced VoIP Recording
To support the adoption of VoIP technology, Audiolog features high
scalability and capacity, and increased recording throughput.
Incorporating Verint Witness Actionable Solutions’
robust VoIP recording technologies, Audiolog provides advanced VoIP
enabling and acquisition capabilities. The result is increased
performance, scalability, stability and feature richness with enhanced
compression and transfer of multi-channel VoIP recordings and associated
call data. Audiolog supports a variety of popular VoIP platforms from
vendors, including Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Siemens and others.
"With this new release, Audiolog is now
poised to provide organizations with an even more compelling solution to
help them achieve their quality and compliance objectives,”
comments Garry Stephenson, president, Sound Communications, Inc. –
a Verint Witness Actionable Solutions premier reseller partner, and
leading supplier of digital recording solutions for voice, video and
data in the Midwestern United States. "We are
committed to providing our customers proven, scalable, robust solutions
that reliably meet today's changing market needs –
from high-caliber customer service to regulatory requirements. We’re
pleased to see these new additions to Audiolog, as it is our digital
recording platform of choice, and a popular, core offering in our
