United Company Rusal Plc ("UC RUSAL”) announces that its 2015 annual general meeting will be held at the Peninsula Hong Kong, Salisbury Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong on 26 June 2015 at 10:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time).
