DATE OF BOARD MEETING

United Company RUSAL Plc (the "Company”) announces that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company (the "Board”) will be held on Thursday, 3 March 2016, for the purposes of, among other matters, considering the Company´s annual financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2015 (the "Results”), and it is expected that the announcement of the Results and its publication will be approved by the Board on Tuesday, 8 March 2016.
