CHANGES TO COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD COMMITTEES

United Company RUSAL Plc (the "Company”) announces that the Board of Directors (the "Board”) of the Company has approved the following changes to the composition of certain Board committees with effect from 16 November 2015:

(i) Mr. Dmitry Vasiliev has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Corporate Governance & Nomination Committee of the Company; and

(ii) Mr. Mark Garber has been appointed as the chairman of the Health, Safety and Environmental Committee of the Company.

As at the date of this announcement, the executive Directors are Mr. Oleg Deripaska, Mr. Vladislav Soloviev and Mr. Stalbek Mishakov, the non-executive Directors are Mr. Maxim Sokov, Mr. Dmitry Afanasiev, Mr. Len Blavatnik, Mr. Ivan Glasenberg, Mr. Maksim Goldman, Ms. Gulzhan Moldazhanova, Mr. Daniel Lesin Wolfe, Ms. Olga Mashkovskaya and Ms. Ekaterina Nikitina, and the independent non-executive Directors are Mr. Matthias Warnig (Chairman), Dr. Peter Nigel Kenny, Mr. Philip Lader, Ms. Elsie Leung Oi-sie, Mr. Mark Garber and Mr. Dmitry Vasiliev.
