UCEAO and OAI Enter into Hosting and Collaboration Agreement

CLEVELAND, Aug. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Governors of the University Clean Energy Alliance of Ohio (UCEAO) has entered into a two-year Hosting and Collaboration Agreement with the Ohio Aerospace Institute (OAI).  In addition to specifying the administrative services that will be provided to UCEAO by OAI, this agreement facilitates collaboration between the two organizations and opens the door to expanded connections with business and industry.

"UCEAO is pleased to be taking this next step in our growth as an organization.  As an established statewide entity with a commitment to the development of alternative energy projects in the aerospace arena, we believe that OAI will provide solid administrative support, as well as the potential to collaborate on new enterprises," added Jane Harf, UCEAO director.

UCEAO administrative functions will transfer from the University of Toledo, the organization's current host institution, to OAI effective October 1, 2013.  In addition, UCEAO and OAI plan to engage in programmatic initiatives of mutual interest and to participate in ongoing efforts of both entities.
