UBS Named One of the '100 Best Companies for Working Mothers'
To apply, UBS provided Working Mother magazine with detailedinformation on eight areas of work/life including: childcare, culture,flexibility, parental leave, women's advancement, total compensation,work/life culture, and family-friendly programs. UBS completed a550-question application, the most rigorous of its kind, which checkedthe availability, tracking and usage of programs to support workingmothers, the accountability of managers to implement programs and thesuccessful advancement of women into top paying jobs, board positionsand management ranks.
Some of the services that UBS offers that were acknowledged byWorking Mother include UBS's efforts to identify, hire and develop adiverse pool of talent as well as elevating the presence of the firm'sinternal employee networks including the addition of a Working ParentsNetwork focused on bringing employees together to share parentingexperiences, solutions resources and advice.
