TheStreet CFO John Ferrara Steps Down - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - TheStreet Inc. (TST, TSCM), a digital financial media company, Thursday said John Ferrara, its Chief Financial Officer, has announced his resignation in order to pursue another career opportunity.

The company also announced that Richard Broitman, its Chief Accounting Officer, has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Broitman, 62, has served as the company's Chief Accounting Officer since June 2009.

Broitman joined the company as its Controller in July 2000, was appointed Vice President of Finance in October 2007 and became Acting Chief Accounting Officer in May 2009.

Before joining the company, Broitman was Controller of Individual Investor Group, an online and print media company. He has served as Director of International Royalties for Bertelsmann Music Group and worked in an audit capacity for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and CBS Corp.
