Theraclion Signs an Agreement with Alteris to Distribute Its Innovative Echotherapy Solution Echopulse® in Poland

THERACLION (Paris:ALTHE) (Alternext, FR0010120402 - ALTHE, eligible for the PEA PME (a tax-exempt share savings plan for SMEs)), a company specializing in cutting edge medical equipment for echotherapy, has signed a distribution agreement for its Echopulse® system with the Polish company Alteris Joint Stock Company, a supplier of medical equipment in the fields of radiology, imaging and teleradiology.

Theraclion also received approval from the Polish Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products to market Echopulse® in Poland. In addition to the CE marking that Echopulse® already bears, this registration by the Polish authorities is further proof of how innovative and beneficial Echopulse® is.

Furthermore, Alteris will install the first Echopulse® unit at the Katowice Cancer Diagnosis and treatment Centre in September 2014.

Marcin Krzeminski, CEO of Alteris states: "Through this collaboration with Theraclion we can present innovative methods to the Polish market that will help improve the treatment of breast fibroadenomas and benign thyroid nodules.
