TeliaSonera AB Issues a 20 Year Eurobond of EUR 350 Million

TeliaSonera today issued a Eurobond of EUR 350 million in a 20 year deal maturing in September 2033, under its existing EUR 11 billion EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) program. The Re-offer yield was set at 3.558 percent p.a. equivalent to Euro Mid-swaps + 85 bp.

"We continue to take advantage of the windows in the Eurobond market and are pleased to have successfully issued another long-dated bond at attractive levels”, says Per-Arne Blomquist, CEO of TeliaSonera.

The Joint Bookrunners mandated by TeliaSonera for this transaction were BNP, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
