Telephone And Data Systems Acquires MSN Communications For $40 Mln.

(RTTNews) - Telephone and Data Systems Inc. (TDS), parent company to TDS Telecommunications Corp., Tuesday announced the acquisition of MSN Communications Inc. for $40 million.

Telephone and Data Systems said the deal amplifies its deep IT Solutions Provider capabilities and strong customer relationships in the portfolio of TDS Hosted & Managed Services LLC, a unit of the company.

MSN Communications, based in Englewood, Colo., generated revenue of $99 million in 2012. The company, which has 104 employees, offers a comprehensive suite of products and services, including planning, engineering, procurement, among others.
