CLEARWATER, Fla., Oct. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Synergy Home Care, a Senior Home Care company, today announced that 11 of its offices across Louisiana are recipients of the Top 25 Patient Satisfaction Award of Distinction presented by Fazzi Associates. Those agencies have placed in the top 25 percent of Fazzi Associates' Patient Satisfaction National Database, which ranked overall patient satisfaction results from the 2012 Home Health Care Consumer Assessment of Health Care Providers and Systems Survey (HHCAHPS®).
