Symsoft Secures New Order to Provide European MNO With Signalling Fraud and Security Protection

Following the recent public exposure of signalling based attacks, mobile operators are beginning to upgrade their protection against fraudulent activities in their mobile networks. To ensure maximum protection, operators are increasingly choosing to follow the GSMA's recommendation of implementing a Signalling Firewall.

This particular mobile operator has a large portion of their customer base in the public and government security sectors. The data being transmitted is extremely sensitive, so the need for secure communications is of the utmost importance.
