Sungy Mobile Profit Plunges; Stock Down

(RTTNews) - Sungy Mobile Limited (GOMO), a provider of mobile internet products and services, said third-quarter net income fell to 4.4 million yuan ($0.7 million) from 27.5 million yuan in the prior year period.

Net income, excluding the impact of the GetJar acquisition, was 12.7 million yuan, while it totaled 27.5 million yuan in the prior year period.

Earnings per ADS were 0.13 yuan, as compared with 0.55 yuan last year. Adjusted earnings per ADS were 0.59, as compared with 0.73 reported in the previous year.

Total revenues increased to 97.3 million yuan from 90.7 million yuan in the prior year period.

Revenues from mobile application products and services increased to 48.8 million yuan from 41.6 million yuan reported last year.

Total average monthly active users of GO series products increased 11.5 percent to 97 million.

GOMO closed up 0.7 percent on Monday at $6.18, but fell 11.8 percent in the extended trade.
