Structure Therapeutics Prices Upsized Public Offering Of About 9.07 Mln ADSs At $52.50/ADS

(RTTNews) - Structure Therapeutics Inc. (GPCR) announced the pricing of its upsized underwritten public offering of about 9.07 million American depositary shares at a public offering price of $52.50 per ADS. The each ADS represents three ordinary shares.

The company expects aggregate gross proceeds from the offering to be about $476.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.

In addition, Structure Therapeutics has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.36 million ADSs at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

The offering is expected to close on June 7, 2024.
