Become part of our great team in Altdorf Switzerland as a...Strategy and M&A ManagerThe GoalParticipation and support in the development and execution of the Group’s strategy and long-term strategic plan, identification and evaluation of organic and inorganic growth opportunities (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, partnerships), and realization of group strategic initiatives.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of the group’s strategy and strategic plan, as well as collaborate to group and business units’ strategic initiativesSupport strategic decision-making by analyzing financial, operational, and industry dataConduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesIdentify and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities (e.g., M&A, partnerships, other type of collaboration model) through comprehensive strategic assessments, detailed business planning and financial modeling, and valuation analysis (e.g., DCF, multiples)Conduct industry and competitive researchWork with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, sales, operations) in the execution of strategic projects such as M&A (e.g., pre-analysis, due diligence, post-merger integration)Prepare project materials and documentation for executive leadership and board discussions, ensuring the highest level of quality standardsYour ProfileUniversity degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields; Master’s degree and/or MBA as a plus4-6 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity or corporate development Strong strategic thinking, presentation, financial modeling, valuation and analytical skillsExcellent communication and project management skillsProficiency in English; additional languages as a plusExcellent MS Office skills; experience with OKRs as a plusOur offer to youA dynamic and challenging role in a global companyOpportunities for personal and professional growthCompetitive compensation packageCollaborative work environment Be yourself at DatwylerWe are convinced that people make the difference.
