Stolt-Nielsen Limited Distributes Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

LONDON, March 24, 2015 - Stolt-Nielsen Limited (Oslo Børs: SNI) announced today that the Company has distributed materials for the Annual General Meeting, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 5, 2015, who will be entitled to vote at the meeting.

The Company also announced that the 2014 Annual Report is now available on the Company's website at www.stolt-nielsen.com/Investor-Relations/Annual-Report.aspx.
