LONDON, March 24, 2014 - Stolt-Nielsen Limited (Oslo Børs: SNI) announced today that the Company's 2013 Annual Report has been posted on the Company's website,

Printed copies of the 2013 Annual Report were distributed today, together with materials for the Annual General Meeting, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 17, 2014, who will be entitled to vote at the meeting.

The Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the registered office of the Company at Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda, on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.
