Steve Graham Joins NHP as Senior Investment Officer
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Feb. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nationwide Health Properties, Inc. announced that Stephen F. Graham joined NHP today as its Vice President and Senior Investment Officer in charge of the Southcentral Investment Region. Steve had been the Senior Vice President in charge of specialty healthcare finance for GMAC ResCap since 2004. Previously he had been with Cathedral Rock Corporation, a senior housing operating company, since 1998, serving as a founding principal and President of its investment and financing subsidiary. Before joining Cathedral Rock, Steve spent 15 years in commercial banking focused on healthcare and other investment areas, most recently as the Senior Vice President & Loan Group Manager of the Commercial Middle Market (Fort Worth) for Comerica Bank -- Texas. Mr. Graham will continue to reside and be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area, where he has spent his entire career after graduating from Southern Methodist University,
